Kick off fall at our 1st Annual Touch-a-Tractor Weekend, where farm fun meets craft brews in a family festival you won’t want to miss.

Main Attractions

  • Hands-on exploration of tractors, trucks, and farm equipment (each labeled so kids and adults can learn their purpose)

  • Special Guest: Fairgrown Farm — see their tractors and talk with farmers about daily farm life and their CSA program

  • Craft brews from Needle Creek Farm Brewery

More Farm Fun

  • Meet Farmer John and friends

  • Visit the farm animals

  • Cornhole and family games

  • Pick-your-own flower field (additional cost)

  • Guided farm tours (schedule coming soon)

Food & Drink

  • Saturday: Nomad Pizza

  • Sunday: Nomad Pizza and Chic Gourmet Empanadas

Know Before You Go

  • All ages are welcome; children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

  • Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes — this is a working farm

  • Grab a treat or picnic snack from the General Store at John Hart Farms before settling in

  • Relax in our rustic barn-style taproom or enjoy the open-air beer garden surrounded by farmland; feel free to bring a blanket or camp chair

  • Pets are not permitted, but our friendly farm dogs will be around to greet visitors

  • Free onsite parking; follow signs at the entrance

Folk Rock singer-songwriter Gabe Parsons returns home to celebrate the release of his debut album Long Road Traveler with a special hometown show at Needle Creek Brewery.

A Hopewell Valley native, Parsons honed his craft in New Orleans before bringing his soulful storytelling and heartfelt melodies back to New Jersey. His music blends the grit of life on the road with reflections of home, resonating with fans across the Northeast.

Recent highlights include performances at World Cafe Live (Philadelphia), French Quarter Festival (New Orleans), and opening for national touring acts like the Crowe Boys. Earlier this year, he was also named a semifinalist in WXPN’s 24-Hour Song Challenge.

🎵 Expect an intimate night of reflective songwriting, dynamic live energy, and a full performance of his new album.
